COLORADO COMETS RETURN VICTORIOUS

The Colorado Comets are wiping out their slow start for the 1999 Season.

Coming from a 1 win 6 loss record, they have won their last 4 games. They now stand at 5 - 6!!

General Manager, Marc Francis, reported that the coach, Merv Johnson, and his team just returned from their Arizona trip, where they defeated the Arizona Suarez (which plays in the Division 3 Professional League) by a score of 3-2.

Next day, they defeated Tucson 3-2. The two road wins earned the Colorado Comets a total of 10 points, and launches them into 3rd place.
