If you are using XP with ServicePack 2 (SP2)...

Use the Always Allow Pop-ups from this site

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Attempt to open the web site or link. The site will be blocked from opening.
  3. Click once or right-click on the Pop-up blocked notification icon in the Information Bar. You should see this list of choices.

  4. Select Always Allow Pop-ups for This Site....
  5. Click Yes.
