Acquired by the Rapids from the San Jose Clash during the January trade that also brought Rafael Amaya to Colorado in exchange for Dominic Kinnear and a second-round pick in the 1998 MLS Supplemental Draft ... Finished the 1996 season as the Clash's top goal-scorer and second-leading point producer, with 13 goals and five assists, ahead of San Jose and U.S. National Team superstar Eric Wynalda, who tallied 10 goals and 13 assists ... Four of Bravo's scores came against Colorado, as did two of his assists ... One of 18 Western Conference players selected by MLS Head Coaches to the inaugural MLS All-Star Game, Bravo played the final 45 minutes in the West's 3-2 loss to the East ... The midfielder/ forward made the first of his two U.S. National Team appearances in 1994, with the other in 1995, following several matches as a United States pool member ... The San Jose, Calif., native played two years at Santa Clara University, scoring 26 goals, assisting on 13 others, and leading the Broncos to the 1989 NCAA Championship ... In 1991, the first of Bravo's four years with the San Francisco Bay Blackhawks, the versatile player earned Rookie of the Year honors and helped the team capture the 1991 APSL Championship ... Played all 10 field positions during his four seasons with the Blackhawks ... Won the 1994 U.S. Open Cup with the San Francisco Greek-Americans ... Spent the 1995 season with the Monterey Bay Jaguars of the USISL, recording 19 goals and 13 assists in just 19 games ...
