The Rapids Monday acquired Agogo from the Chicago Fire in exchange for a 2001 third-round draft pick. Agogo (uh-GO-GO), 20, had joined the Fire in February from Sheffield Wednesday of the English Premier League. A British citizen who was born in Ghana, he fills Colorado's fourth foreign slot. JOEY DIGIAMARINO AND ADIN BROWN JOIN OLYMPIC TEAM: Midfielder Joey DiGiamarino, who scored the game-winner on Saturday, and goalkeeper Adin Brown joined the U.S. Olympic Team for a training camp in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. in preparation for the upcoming qualification stage for the 2000 Games in Sydney. The 18-player squad will prepare for the tournament, which runs from April 21-30 in Hershey, Pa. The two Rapids players will miss the next three MLS games, and are scheduled to return for the May 3 game in Chicago. FORWARD HENRY ZAMBRANO LATEST CASUALTY - OUT TWO WEEKS WITH HAMSTRING: Forward Henry Zambrano is out for 10-14 days after injuring his left hamstring in the second half of Saturday's win over Tampa Bay. Zambrano was pulled from the game in the 65th minute. With the injury, Zambrano became the fifth Rapids player to leave a game through injury in the last three matches. RAPIDS LOOK TO MAKE IT TWO IN A WEEK OVER TAMPA BAY: Just one week after Colorado's 1-0 win over the Mutiny at Mile High Stadium, the same two teams square off this Saturday night at Tampa Bay's Raymond James Stadium. This marks the seventh time in team history that the Rapids have played two consecutive, regular-season games against the same opponent. Five of the previous six times in which the schedule provided such an aberration, the teams split with the home team winning every game. The Rapids did win two straight over the Columbus Crew in 1998.
