DENVER (Wednesday, June 21, 2000) - Colorado Rapids goalkeeper Adin Brown is featured in the current issue of Rolling Stone magazine as part of a look at the U.S. Olympic Soccer Team. Featured in a full-page photo and profile (on page 124), Brown can be found in the "RS Style" section.

Rapids midfielder Joey DiGiamarino is also pictured in the magazine, along with Brown, as part of a group photo of members of the U.S. Olympic Team (page 123).

The issue (dated July 6-20) is on newsstands now and features MLS Cup '99 performer Christina Aguilera on the cover. Brown, 22, is a rookie goalkeeper for the Rapids who is also projected to be the starting goalkeeper for the U.S. Olympic Team at the 2000 Games in Sydney, Australia. A native of Pleasant Hill, California, Brown has recorded a very strong rookie campaign, and currently has not given up a single goal in two consecutive games.

DiGiamarino, 23, is a left-sided midfielder who is also projected to play for the Olympic Team. Slowed by injuries for most 2000, DiGiamarino has played in just seven games this season for the Rapids.
