This is the Colorado Rapids' last home game in the regular season. It features the first woman referee, Sandra Hunt, to referee a Colorado Rapids home game.

Dallas Burn features former Colorado Comets goalkeeper, Dave Dir, Head Coach.

Marcelo Balboa, in the 29th minute, broke through the Burn defense, pushed the ball past Goalkeeper, Matt Jordan, and scored his second goal. Assists came from Waldir and David Vaudreil.

Colorado now leads 2 - 0.

Waldir in the 30th minute scored on an assist from Peter Vermes and Marcelo Balboa. Colorado Rapids continue to dominate the game,

and lead 3 - 0

This is Waldir's first goal after a 22 game dry spell, and his 6th goal of the season.

Dallas Burn's Goalkeeper, Matt Jordan, is a product of Overland High School, Aurora, Colorado. He was replaced by Garth Lagerway for the 2nd half.

In the 57th minute, Dallas's Jorge Rodriguez scored on a volley shot assisted by Dante Washington.

Tonight's attendance is 15,022.

Colorado's Andre Nunley came in with 2 minutes left in the the game, and made his MLS debut.
