Kansas City comes to town after losing their Head Coach, Ron Newman on Wednesday, April 14, 1999, when he resigned. Newman was one of two original MLS coaches, and leaves as the winningest head coach in American professional soccer history.
We in Colorado want to thank Ron Newman for the many years of exciting San Diego Soccers indoor games and championships. He certainly earned his status as a member of US Soccer Hall of Fame.
